Dr. Anna Marie may guide you through visualization exercises, meditations, breathwork, or engage in deep questioning and conversation. Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs.
In addition to your session time, you will have exclusive virtual access to communicate with Dr. Anna Marie whenever you need. Ask her a question, share a win, or simply ask for guidance on something that cannot wait until your next session together. Dr. Anna Marie will share with you how this bonus benefit will work.
